Meet the Weatherford Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Weatherford
We’re a small crew, and that’s on purpose. Every technician who shows up at your door in Weatherford works under the same roof, answers to the same owner, and follows the same written standard on every single job. No subcontractors, no rotating cast of strangers. The people below are the ones who’ll actually be in your garage, and each of them has been trained to document what they find, quote a flat written price before touching anything, and leave you with a photo record of the work. That’s how we’ve handled 18,000+ garage doors since 2015.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus has run Servo Garage Doors Weatherford since the day the doors opened in 2015. He grew up working with his hands, spent years on service trucks before starting his own shop, and still takes repair calls when the schedule gets tight. Ask him about torsion spring failures in the Hudson Oaks area and you’ll get a ten-minute explanation about wire gauge and cycle ratings, because that’s genuinely how his brain works. He wrote the documentation system the crew follows, and he’s the one who answers the phone when you call after midnight. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1972 Ford F-100, slowly, in a garage that currently has no garage door.
Tommy R., Lead Technician
Tommy has been turning wrenches on garage doors for over sixteen years, the last eight of them here in Parker County. He holds factory certifications from LiftMaster and Genie, which matters when a logic board fails and the motor’s doing something the manual never mentions. His specialty is torsion spring replacement on older Clopay and Wayne Dalton doors, the kind where the original installer cut corners and the bracket spacing is just wrong enough to cause problems. He pulls the panel, shows you the failed spring before quoting it, and photographs everything. Tommy is also the reason our truck inventory includes three sizes of spring winding bars, because he refuses to make a customer wait on a second trip for a part he could have brought the first time.
Dana K., Senior Installer
Dana leads our new-door and full-system replacement work across Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, and the surrounding towns. She’s measured and hung more Amarr and Clopay doors than anyone on the crew, and she’s picky about clearances and leveling in a way that shows up years later when the door still runs smooth. Certified on Chamberlain and Raynor opener systems, Dana handles the full install from rail assembly to safety-sensor alignment, and she walks every homeowner through the wall console and remote settings before she leaves. She keeps a laser level in her truck at all times and has strong opinions about people who eyeball it. Her record is three full installs in one day, all documented, all under budget.
Wayne M., Apprentice Technician
Wayne joined us two years ago and has been working his way through the door system piece by piece: rollers, cables, weatherstripping, opener trolleys, and now torsion springs under direct supervision. He came from a residential framing crew, so he understands load and tension better than most apprentices. Wayne runs the photo documentation on his jobs and handles the final walkthrough checklist with every customer. He’s also the one who notices when a garage door is rarely opened and the track has collected enough West Texas dust to squeak like a haunted house, which is why he carries a can of lithium grease and a clean rag even on estimate-only visits. When he’s not on a truck, he’s researching bearing failures and debating Tommy about which brand makes the best sealed rollers.
One Standard, Every Job

The four of us don’t work from memory or habit. We work from The Haven Standard, a written operating rule book that Marcus adopted when he opened the Weatherford shop in 2015 and that every Servo location across Texas follows. Clause 1 is the one you’ll feel first: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts, every time, no exceptions. No ‘call for a quote’ games, no surprises after the panel’s off. Clause 4 is why you’ll see a technician photograph the failed part before quoting a replacement; you get that photo record when the job’s done, along with the written warranty. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if a repair isn’t right, we come back and make it right, backed by a terms page, not a handshake. The standard isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a checklist, and every tech on this page works it on every call, including the 24/7 emergency line answered by a live person.
